Making time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes for tomatoes + 25 minutes for pasta
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (4 people):
7.05 (200 g) dried tomatoes
0.35 oz (10 g) capers
2.12 oz (60 g) olives
2.12 oz (60 g) anchovies
Grated cheese
Oil
Flat pasta (Bavette in Italy)
These are Bavette.
I blend the tomatoes, then I add the capers, olives, anchovies, cheese and oil.
I continue blending.
In a pot, I bring to boil water, then I add salt and the flat pasta.
In a saucepan I warm the mixture and when it's pasta is ready, I drain it and I add in the saucepan with a little bit of oil.
I let it flavour.
That's all!
