[EN] Potatoes pizza recipe




 
Ingredients:
35 oz (1 kg) potatoes
5.4 oz (150 g) mortadella (bologna sausage) or salami
1 mozzarella
7 oz (200 g) cheese
salt
oil
nutmeg
breadcrumbs





I boiled the potatoes, then
I put them in the potato masher.




I chop into cubes mortadella and 
mozzarella.





I whisk the eggs.




I add salt, potatoes, ...

I add cheeese and nutmeg.



 
In a baking pan, I put oil and breadcrumbs.

I pour the mixture and... 





... with a fork I draw the lines.







I pour oil and breadcrumbs on the mixture and I put it 
in the oven at  356 F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes.
