[EN] Potato sandwiches recipes





Ingredients (4 people):
4 potatoes
2 oz (60 g) mozzarella
5 tomatoes
0.7 oz (20 g) butter
salt
parsley
oil









I boiled the potatoes.





I peel off the potatoes,




then I cut them in half lengthwise and I place them on a baking pan.




I pour a little bit of oil, salt andI brush with butter.

I put in the oven at 392 F (200 °C) for 20 minutes.





I scoop out flesh, leaving about a 1/4-inch-thick shell.



I chop into cubes tomatoes and mozzarella.



 I combine flesh, mozzarella, tomatoes and parsley
.



I fill the potatoes.

I put in the oven for 5 minutes.
