Ingredients:
5.29 oz (150 g) nuts
5.29 oz (150 g) butter
5.29 oz (150 g) white sugar
5.29 oz (150 g) flour
3 eggs + 3 yolks
1 lemon peel
1 vanillina sachet
0.56 (16 g) baking powder
In a bowl I whisk butter and sugar.
I add 3 yolks and continue whisking.
Then I add 3 whole eggs.
I add grated lemon peel.
I add vanillina powder.
In another bowl I sift flour...
... and I add baking powder.
I chop nuts, ...
... I add it in the bowl with the flour and I whisk.
I add the mixture with the eggs and I whisk.
I butter a baking pan...
... and I pour the mixture.
I put in the oven for 50 minutes at 356 F (180 °C).
