Ingredients (6 people):
5.3 oz (150 g)smoked salmon
2 puff pastry rolls
0.8 US cups (200 ml) double cream
4 eggs
0.9 oz (25 g) butter
2 scallions
chives
I mince the scallion and...
the salmon.
I brown the scallion in the butter.
I add salmon.
In a little pot I whip the eggs.
Then I add the double cream and the chives and I mix.
I pour the mixture in the pan and I let it cook for 10 minutes.
In a baking pan I unroll the puff pastry.
I pour the mixture and I close with the other puff pastry roll.
I prick it all over with a fork to allow steam to escape.
I put in the oven
at 392 F (200 °C) for 30 minutes.
