[EN] Chocolate cake recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes
Total time:  65 minutes

Ingredients (4-6 people):
9.2 oz. (260 g) farina
1.4 oz. (40 g) cornflour
9.52 oz. (270 g) sugar
8.8 oz (250 g) butter
1.76 oz. (50 g) cocoa powder
4 eggs

I add sifted flour and cornflour.
Then I add sugar...

... melted butter...

and eggs.

I whisk till is possible with a wooden
spoon, then I use a beater.

I control the thickness.
The cream has to come down faster, so I have to add milk.

I add the cocoa powder and I continue using the beater.
I butter and flour a baking pan.
I put the chocolate cream in the baking pan.
I put the baking pan in the oven, preheat 
at 338 F (170 °C), for 50 minutes.
I use this stencil for decoration.
I put down the stencil on the cake and then I 
sprinkle icing sugar.

I have put a bit of cream in a little holder, beacuse the cake is for a friend and I've modified my usual recipe... so I have to taste it before doing a sorry figure.
I've decorated it with white chocolate.
